pomp version 1.18 is now available on CRAN and will soon be visible on a CRAN mirror near you. This release includes bug fixes and some feature enhancements.
User-visible changes include:
- All inference functions can now take a list in the
startorparamsarguments. - New
spymethod displays the C snippet file(s) associated with a pomp object.
